1. Owner of the pages

Siesta Homes Group SL (trading as Siesta Homes), Spanish tax number (CIF) B93046357, registered office at C.C. La Alzambra, Oficina 3-4, Nueva Andalucía, 29660 Marbella (Málaga), Spain. Email info@siestahomes.com, telephone +34 952 828 443.

Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Málaga, volume 4730, folio 145, book 3638, sheet MA-104260. Siesta Homes Group SL is the developer (promotor) of Amaris Villas and the owner of these pages, which it operates for the marketing of its own developments. Siesta Homes is not an estate agency acting for third parties on these pages.

2. Purpose of the pages

These pages are the pre-launch and reservation pages for the Amaris Villas development in Estepona: prelaunch.amarisvillas.es (the presentation page) and prelaunch.amarisvillas.es/reservation/ (the private dossier). The same policies apply to the other Siesta Homes project pages that link here (alma.siestahomes.com and 718guadalmina.siestahomes.com), with the differences noted in each section.

Their purpose is to present the development to people who have asked for information, to open a private dossier with prices, plans and the payment structure for registered buyers, and to receive questions and reservation requests. The information on them is commercial information within the meaning of Spanish consumer and housing law and is given in good faith; it is not a contractual offer. See the Terms of Use for what that means for prices, plans and renders.

3. Use of the pages

You may use the pages to inform yourself about the development and to contact us. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or republish their content (texts, renders, films, plans, photographs, the site plan, the price list and the dossier) without our written permission, except for your own private use in considering a purchase. Access to the dossier is personal to the registered buyer; the access link must not be passed on. You must not attempt to interfere with the pages' operation or to access systems behind them.

4. Intellectual property

The Amaris Villas name and butterfly mark, the Siesta Homes name and marks, the architectural designs, renders, artist's impressions, floor plans, films, photographs and texts are the property of Siesta Homes Group SL or its licensors (including the architects and the visualisation studios). All rights are reserved. Third-party marks mentioned on the pages (for example the name of the bank holding reservation deposits, or of interior suppliers) belong to their owners and are used only to describe facts.

5. Liability

We take care to keep the pages accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for damage caused by circumstances outside our control, by your own equipment or connection, or by third-party sites we link to. Nothing on the pages is legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, including liability to consumers.

6. Communications

Commercial emails are sent only to people who registered and consented, and each one carries a working unsubscribe link, as Law 34/2002 requires. Our notification and sales emails are sent from addresses on siestahomes.com and amarisvillas.es. If you receive something claiming to be from us from another domain, do not act on it and tell us.

7. Applicable law and disputes

These pages and this notice are governed by Spanish law. For disputes with consumers the courts of the consumer's domicile in Spain have jurisdiction, as the law provides; otherwise the courts of Málaga. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available at our office.
